- Click on the Tools menu, then Internet Options.
- Under the option “Temporary Internet Files” are three buttons, “Delete Cookies” “Delete Files” and “Settings”
- Click “Delete Cookies”. Then click OK to clear your browser’s cookies.
- Close and restart the browser and please try again!
