Don’t forget about referrals!

Saturday, August 4th, 2007 | Tips with

To wrap up the final Tip-a-Day series to help launch the Tips category, I present you with a Tip that talks about referrals and how much you can earn from them.

Referrals are always a great source of income if you are able to achieve the time-consuming job of gaining referrals. Currently, I have referred over 2,200+ users to join GPT sites listed on MrGPT. I have gotten to the point where I no longer need to complete offers and I am just able to sit back and have my referrals make my money.

There are many ways you can go about gaining your referrals. For starters, I recommend you read my post on The Ultimate Guide to Building a Downline. This will give you many different ways of how to refer users. There’s always some important things to remember when referring users. Always, no matter what, post a picture that shows you have been paid. This is very essential so people can see that the program you are a part of does pay.

Now a method I did not post in The Ultimate Guide to Building a Downline was the ability to create your own website. Best of all, it’s free. There are two blogging platforms that offer free blogs - Blogger (also known as Blogspot) and Wordpress. Personally, I am bigger fan of Wordpress when you are able to install it on your own web host. If you are going to be using a free blogging platform, then I recommend Blogger. Wordpress (the free type of blogs with xxxxx.wordpress.com) does not allow you to stick Google Adsense on there like Blogger does (Google Adsense places ads on your site and when someone clicks on the ad, you get free money). On your blog, you can post reviews and whatever other info you think will be valuable and unique to your readers, along with links to the GPT sites with your referral URL in there.

Once you get a good amount of referrals, you will start to see you are getting more and more money when you didn’t even complete an offer! That’s your referrals making you money!

Great information. Thank you for providing great resources. I was unaware of the importance of referrals.
