On my (predicted PR6) blog I am doing a similar review scheme, which is a little easier. All your have to do is make one comment about our website http://www.taxfix.co.uk with the anchor text ‘tax refund’ and we will review your blog for free. John Chow ‘make money online’ review method is working well in SEO. But his blog seems that is not just about teaching people how to make money online, he also talk about traveling, computer and so on.
